I’ve been doing some more research on the health benefits of the Acai Berry and here’s what I’ve discovered:

The essential vitamins contained in the berry are A, B1, B2, B12, C and E. The main minerals are potassium, copper and manganese which are all great for the creation of healthy new cells and keeping the body’s blood clean.
Then there are proteins, fibre and omega 3 fats, but it seems one of the most important ingedients are the Anthocyanins.

Apparently these Anthocyanins are the antioxidants that prevent diseases of the heart by neutralising toxins and free radicals that are very harmful. These are the same antioxidants that are adundant in red wine and are responsible for the health benefits with drinking it, in moderation of course. Although Acai Berries contain up to 10 times more!

Also present in the berries are flavonoids and catechins that help fight the aging process.

So I am so glad I discovered the Acai Burn supplement with all those health benefits it’s no wonder I’m feeling so good.

Hello I am Lizzy and this is my web diary about weight loss and the popular “Acai Burn” diet product.  

I always used to keep in good shape but since I’ve had my kids I find it really difficult to shed those extra pounds.  I found myself over 20 pounds heavier after my second boy was born and really wanted to get back to my best.  However I just found it impossible.  Although I always seem to be rushing around I never get the chance to do any proper exercise and find myself eating snacks on the run.

I was beginning to get depressed about the extra weight and my husband didn’t seem as “interested” as he used to and then my girlfriend told me about the new Acai Burn diet product she had seen on Oprah.  Apparently this could make you lose weight without any effort my friend said, but having not seen the TV show I was really skeptical but Laura persuaded me to have a look at the website.

Well, that was just over two weeks ago, and I’ve got to say I am really pleased.  I started taking the Acai Burn tablets twice a day as recommended and, as I was dead keen to lose weight and was feeling very positive, I manged to work some exercises into my busy schedule.   I also made a conscious effort to cut out the cookies and candy that had been creeping into my diet, but didn’t make too much effort on the dieting side so I was delighted that after 2 weeks I had lost a total of 7 lbs, and I feel so much better with myself.

I really feel I am going to finally shed that extra weight and on top of that I seem to have more energy and the daily tasks seem to just be so much easier.
